Please contact Lynne McLaughlin if you have questions about Women’s Bible Studies.
God’s riches in His Word are ready and waiting for Thornapple’s Women. Although altered by Covid-19, we will continue to learn what God has for us together. We are not able to provide childcare this fall, but are hoping to meet as small groups seated safely apart in large rooms. If there are women who would rather be a part of a group listening from home, we will try to make that happen.
Morning Study Options – Fall 2020
- Option 1, small groups led by Tami DeJong or Sue Dunn, meeting in person with masks and appropriate distancing. | Nancy Guthrie’s book THE WISDOM OF GOD. This in-depth study of Old Testament wisdom literature will bring us Jesus perspectives as he taught the disciples to read and understand the Old Testament with him at the center.
- Option 2, led by Jill Bolinder/Bonnie Bustrum, meeting online via Zoom. | Dallas Willard’s book HEARING GOD: Developing a Conversational Relationship with God. This study focuses on hearing God’s voice clearly and developing an intimate partnership with him in the work of his kingdom.
